The Spina Famiglia, is a mafia crime family that originates in Italy. The name Spina (Italian for Thorn), The Spina family, the family of the thorns. The current Boss is Faust Spina, the 8th crime lord of the family. The Spina Family, started over 250 years ago, the founder Johann Spina (Spina Primo), was a gardener that one day acquired possession of his employers estate after he had died. To keep the estate to himself started to dabble in the criminal world and over time became a crime lord, Boss of the Spina Family. Each member of the Spina bloodline has a cloud type flame.
